Building With Intention. Leading With Adaptability.
I’m Tyler Jurelle Council, Founder and CEO of Jurelle Enterprises. I build businesses with a long-term mindset—focused on structure, adaptability, and real-world execution rather than hype or rapid expansion for its own sake.
My entrepreneurial journey began at 21 with a clear goal: to create ventures that are resilient, values-driven, and capable of evolving as opportunities change.
Background, Education, and Early Career
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University in New Jersey, where I developed a strong foundation in management, operations, and strategic decision-making.
After graduating, I entered the hospitality industry in New York City, gaining firsthand experience in fast-paced, customer-driven environments. Like many during the pandemic, that chapter ended abruptly. Rather than viewing the setback as a failure, it became a turning point that forced me to broadly reassess how—and where—I could create lasting value.
I returned to independent contractor work through TaskRabbit while simultaneously pursuing opportunities in modeling and creative work. After two unsuccessful attempts to sign with agencies, I made a deliberate shift towards independence rather than seeking permission or validation from others.
That decision reshaped everything that followed.
From Setbacks to Structure
Jurelle Enterprises was originally formed as a real estate investment vehicle, with the long-term intent of becoming a holding company. While the initial real estate path did not materialize as planned, the legal and operational foundation as a holding company was already in place.
At the same time, my freelance modeling and creative work began gaining traction.
Rather than dissolving or restarting the company, I adapted it.
The structure of Jurelle Enterprises enabled a strategic pivot, repurposing the company into a centralized operating framework capable of supporting multiple ventures across different industries. That flexibility remains a defining strength of the company today.
Leadership Philosophy and Long-Term Approach
My approach to leadership is grounded in three principles:
- Intentional Growth – building only when alignment, readiness, and sustainability are present
- Operational Clarity – strong systems, clean structure, and responsible execution
- Long-Term Thinking – decisions made with durability and adaptability in mind
I believe businesses should be financially sound and responsibly run. Success isn’t measured by scale alone, but by resilience, clarity, and the ability to evolve without losing direction.
Jurelle Enterprises Today: A Privately Owned Holding Company
Under my leadership, Jurelle Enterprises operates as a privately owned holding company supporting ventures that are developed, acquired, or partnered with me directly.
Each venture functions independently while benefiting from shared infrastructure, centralized systems, and strategic oversight. This model allows individual projects to stay agile while remaining anchored to a consistent framework and long-term vision.
The portfolio continues to evolve as new opportunities align.
Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability
Ethical decision-making and responsibility are non-negotiable. Across every venture, sustainability, transparency, and community impact are considered—not as afterthoughts, but as part of the foundation.
I believe strong businesses are built by doing the right thing consistently, even when it’s less convenient.
Looking Ahead
The future of Jurelle Enterprises is intentionally open-ended.
Some ventures will grow.
Others may shift or conclude.
New opportunities will emerge when timing and alignment meet.
The framework remains steady.
